  • Speaking to a lender helps you explore your options and determine your purchase power. It allow us to really focus on the home search and set realistic expectations. If you need lender recommendations; I can help!

  • Yay! The fun part. This is when I get to know you, your real estate needs, preferences, and dealbreakers. We’ll collaborate and find homes that match your criteria. On my end, I use the latest tech resources and internal network to find homes that fit what you’re looking for.

  • The best way to find what you're looking for is by touring homes in person! I can schedule a showing within 24 hours, and often the same day, any day of the week. Whether you'd like to see just one home or several in a day, we'll work around your schedule.

  • Once you find “the one”, we will create a strategic and strong offer. I will have consistent communication with the listing agent and lender to make sure we are on track.

  • The seller accepted your offer! This is when inspections are executed to understand the condition of the property. I will gather bids and we will discuss negotiation tactics on priority repairs.

  • After inspection and mutual agreement between you and the seller, your lender will order an appraiser to value the home. Basically, they want to make sure you are paying a fair market value.

  • WE DID IT! Once the loan has final approval, a title company will schedule you to sign all loan and title documents. New title will be recorded and you get your keys!!
