Once the listing is active, it will showcase on top search platforms to drive buyers. Our office holds a big database of buyers, and we’ll make sure they are aware of your listing. We’ll hold open houses and I will frequently communicate with you on it’s activity.

YAY you accepted an offer! When you and the buyer agree on contract terms, the contract becomes binding.

The buyer may want to negotiate on some contingencies once in contract. Examples include items that have come up during inspections or negotiations on appraisal value. I will get bids and use my negotiation skills to ensure fairness and act on your behalf.

Closing time! You will sign closing documents and the lender will fund the purchase. The title will be recorded with the new owner’s name and you will transfer the keys.
