  • It’s time to sell your home! I will provide you with a comparative market analysis that ​will suggest a pricing range. We will identify key selling features and develop an ​incredible plan. Our marketing team will also design a customized marketing plan to ​promote your home.

  • Home staging can make a HUGE difference. In fact, homes that are staged sell for 3-10% ​higher than listings that aren’t. Buyers need to envision themselves in the space. With ​that said, we have many different options and resources to help stage your home ​depending on your budget and timeline.

  • At Works, our program provides premium marketing including but limited to, ​professional photography & videography, 3D matterport tech, digital & print marketing, ​social media, and e-mail marketing.

  • Once the listing is active, it will showcase on top search platforms to drive buyers. Our ​office holds a big database of buyers, and we’ll make sure they are aware of your ​listing. We’ll hold open houses and I will frequently communicate with you on it’s ​activity.

  • YAY you accepted an offer! When you and the buyer agree on contract terms, the ​contract becomes binding.

  • The buyer may want to negotiate on some contingencies once in contract. Examples ​include items that have come up during inspections or negotiations on appraisal value. ​I will get bids and use my negotiation skills to ensure fairness and act on your behalf.

  • Closing time! You will sign closing documents and the lender will fund the purchase. ​The title will be recorded with the new owner’s name and you will transfer the keys.
